Exeter debts 'incomparable' to other clubs as Chiefs aim to sell 'non-rugby asset'

Exeter director of rugby Rob Baxter says debts the club want to pay off by the sale of a 'non-rugby asset' are "incomparable" to the debts faced by Wasps and Worcester.
