Take a look at the equipment used by Spaniard Jon Rahm.
Jon Rahm What’s In The Bag?
Jon Rahm has shot to worldwide prominence over recent years winning regularly on both the European and PGA Tours. He is also a Major Champion after winning the 2021 US Open by one-stroke too.
But what clubs does he put into the bag? Well below we have taken a look.
Rahm switched equipment manufacturers from TaylorMade to Callaway to start 2021.
In his first round with the new setup, Rahm shot a 59 at Silverleaf GC in Arizona.
The new contract sees Rahm, as a Staff Pro, transition into a full bag of Callaway woods, Callaway irons, Callaway wedges, a Callaway Chrome Soft X Golf Ball and an Odyssey putter.
He plays the Callaway Epic Speed Triple Diamond driver and a couple of Epic Speed prototype fairway woods.
His driver loft is 10.5 and the other woods have 15 and 18 degrees of loft which is fairly standard.
In the irons Rahm occasionally uses a Callaway X Forged UT with 22 degrees of loft, which is equivalent to a 3 iron.
Then from 4 iron down to pitching wedge he uses a set of Callaway Apex TCBs.
Then in the wedges he moved away from the TaylorMade Milled Grind 2 and Hi-Toe models, to a configuration of Callaway Forged JPN wedges.
They have 52, 56, and 60 degrees of loft.
Rahm is one of the best putters in the world and his flat stick has recently changed from an Odyssey 2-Ball Ten mallet with a red Stroke Lab shaft, to an Odyssey White Hot OG Rossie S.
It was this Rossie that helped him win the 2021 US Open, holing two huge putts on his final two holes.
He then uses a Callaway Chrome Soft X golf ball.
His ball has the number 10 on because his birthday is on the 10th of November and he says that the best player on a football team is the number 10.
Rahm has also switched his apparel and shoes too for 2021.
He had been using adidas but now wears TravisMathew apparel and Cuater shoes, both owned by Callaway.
