Quail Hollow hosts the 2017 USPGA Championship, here is a guide to the eighth hole.

Hole 8, one of the shorter Par-4’s, has undergone significant changes in recent years, with the course supervisors opting to introduce a greater complexity to how the players reach the pin.

Such changes include a new tee and green in 2012 which was in an attempt to persuade more use of the driver on the hole.

Likewise in 2013 there were further change as over 10 feet of elevation on the hole was introduced, whilst two bunkers were added to the left-hand side of the fairway.

The green also changed to feature softer contours in turn meaning that the golfers will find it relatively easy to hole their putts this time round.
