We take a look inside the Englishman's bag.
Richard Bland What’s In The Bag?
After 478 starts on the European Tour, Richard Bland finally got into the winner’s circle in 2021 thanks to a playoff victory over Italian Guido Migliozzi. The tournament in question was the Betfred British Masters hosted at The Belfry by Danny Willett.
But what does the Englishman carry in his equipment setup? Let’s take a look.
He has a rather interesting mix of golf clubs in the bag right now with four different brands represented. We are yet to confirm if he has an equipment contract with anyone right now.
Starting with the driver he uses a TaylorMade M2 which was made back in 2016. It has 10.5 degrees of loft along with a Mitsubishi Diamana shaft.
He then uses TaylorMade SIM Max, and TaylorMade Burner Superfast fairway woods with 15 and 18 degrees of loft.
Moving to the irons Bland has a couple U500 utility irons made by Titleist. They act as his three and four-iron.
The rest of his irons, from five-iron down to pitching wedge, are the Honma TWorld Proto’s, which are the same model Justin Rose used when he was signed with Honma.
He only carries two wedges, both of which are TaylorMade Hi-Toe’s. They have 54 and 58 degrees of loft.
His final club in the bag is an Odyssey Tank Cruiser 7 and he games a Titleist Pro V1 golf ball.
