The 14-time major champion has looked close to his best so far in 2018. But when is Tiger Woods next playing?
When Is Tiger Woods Next Playing?
Tiger Woods has gripped the golfing world in 2018 with his return to the PGA Tour and has impressed with four top-12 finishes and just one missed cut in eight starts.
The highlight so far was at the Valspar Championship in March where the 14-time major winner finished in a tie for second place and viewing figures went through the roof.
His most recent start came at The Players Championship where he just made the cut and produced a weekend charge with rounds of 65 and 69 on Saturday and Sunday. He finished T11th and and has risen to 80th in the world rankings.
Woods’ comeback in the early stages of 2018 was built towards The Masters and he made the cut there too in his first major appearance since 2015.
His back is holding up, his short game looks very promising and his number with the driver are seriously impressive (barring the fairways hit stats).

When Is Tiger Woods Next Playing?
Woods’ next appearance comes at Muirfield Village in Dublin, Ohio for Jack Nicklaus’ Memorial Tournament.
He has won there five times – in 1999, 2000, 2001, 2009 and 2012.
The Memorial takes place from 31st May – 3rd June. It will likely be hisfinal tournament before the US Open at Shinnecock Hills two weeks later, with the FedEx St. Jude Classic the only tournament in between.
Tiger announced last month that he will tee it up at the US Open at Shinnecock Hills, which will be his third outing at Shinnecock after making his US Open debut there in 1995 as an amateur.
The US Open will mark 10 years since he last tasted major glory at Torrey Pines in 2008 when he beat Rocco Mediate in a playoff, famously on ‘one’ leg.
The 42-year-old has also confirmed hit spot in The National tournament at TPC Potomac in July. The event has had previous sponsors such at AT&T and Quicken Loans and benefits Woods’ charitable foundation. He has won the tournament twice – in 2009 and 2012.
After The National he will head to Carnoustie for The Open.
