Golfers who would like to help raise funds for national charity the Golf Foundation can enjoy an online auction in the week ahead which promises a range of memorable experiences, from flying a Top Gun-style aircraft mission to playing some of the world’s finest golf courses.
The Golf Foundation is staging its ‘Golf at Goodwood’ fundraiser on September 1, and golfers everywhere can tune-in to a unique online auction that finishes live on this date.
You can bid to fly your own T67 Top Gun-style combat mission, learn how to create perfect dim sum at Soho House, enjoy a seven- course meal at a world-famous Michelin-starred Indian restaurant, or enjoy hospitality for four at the 151st Open Championship at Royal Liverpool.
Fantastic four balls are available for bidding at iconic golf courses including Royal Portrush, Gleneagles, Woburn, Prince’s and Woodhall Spa.In taking part in this auction you will help the Golf Foundation in its mission to introduce more children and young people to golf, from all backgrounds, creating golfers, as its charity team knows that golf can change lives.Vanessa Bell, Head of Fundraising for the Golf Foundation, said: “We have some brilliant auction prizes which finish live during our Goodwood event on September 1, so why not get involved today and make your bid.
