As a result of elections the new officials of Kenya Amateure Weightlifting Association are
Pius Ochieng Chairman and John Ogolla secretary general.
They are still setting up the new secretariat at Kitengela.
The new chairman, Pius Ochieng is a two time Olympian, he had 10th position in Los Angeles and 15th in Seoul Olympic Games.
