In cooperation with the Madagascar National Olympic Committee, the Madagascar Weightlifting Federation held an Anti-doping Seminar on 4-5th of August, 2017 in Antananarivo, Madagascar. Rio Olympian Toomey crowned fittest women in the world

Toomey placed 14th in the 59kg bodyweight category at the Rio 2016 Games and now won the 2017 CrossFit Games in Madison, Wisconsin. Icelandic Annie Thorisdottir who competed at 2015 IWF World Championships in Houston finished third.
