A Reading fan is covering Deadline Day from a bush outside the Madejski Stadium and it’s hilarious

THE CRAZIEST day of the year is upon us, and unsurprisingly Twitter has descended into absolute chaos with the best memes and reaction to the day everyone loves to hate.

Joining the madness, Reading fan Jacob South-Klein (@JacobSouthKlein) has been keeping fans updated with Deadline Day news from the Madejski Stadium shrubbery for the past few seasons.

Keep up-to-date with all the latest transfer news and gossip ahead of the January window with SunSport’s daily LIVE blog.

His hashtag #bushwatch covering all goings on at the Madejski has produced some memorable moments down the years.

His grainy pictures of new Royals signings have given Deadline Day a new perspective for the club’s fans as players are captured entering the stadium.

The summer Deadline of 2016 ended up with Radio One’s Chris Stark and Scott Mills sending him a pizza after calling into their afternoon show.

Today’s pizza is yet to arrive for Jacob but hes been making do with some Mojitos:

The club even gave him a pie for all of his hard investigative work:

When he hasn’t been refreshing himself, Jacob has managed to capture the comings and goings from inside the Mad Stad car-park, including West Ham youngster Reece Oxford who is set for a loan move:

Reading have also sealed the signing of Jordon Mutch on loan from Crystal Palace and Jacob was on-top of the story for Royals fans:

Later, the club confirmed the move, having already made reference to Jacob’s mischievous antics:

Speaking to SunSport Jacob explained his escapade:  “It just goes to show what a good time can be had from something simple.

BushWatch isn’t about one person, it’s about people coming together over one shared passion, and having some tongue-in-cheek fun on what is the maddest day of the year”
