Some scoffed at Chalmers' Bamma debut last May, saying it was just a PR stunt and that he did not deserve his spot on the bill.

And many in the crowd at Birmingham's Genting Arena booed when his name was announced in the cage.

But a thoroughly dominant victory over Liverpudlian Jenkins showed he knows what he's doing.

Chalmers says he still gets stick online from trolls mocking his ability - but won't let that put him off.

He added: "Everyone fights for money, it's all about money.
