AMIR KHAN slashed £200k off the price of his lavish mansion’s sale price just days before his explosive Twitter bust-up with wife Faryal Makhdoom.
The 30-year-old’s decision to slash the £1.6 million asking price of the Bolton home prompted speculation that the marriage split could be why he is accepting lower offers.

The former Olympic silver medallist confirmed his split from his wife Faryal Makhdoom after claiming she cheated on him with heavyweight boxer Anthony Joshua in an astonishing Twitter feud.
Joshua was tagged in a tweet that read: "Faryal moved on quick. Always mentioned to me how much she wanted to be with another guy, from all people another boxer.
"Lol moved up in the weight classes lol. Trust me I ain't the jealous type. No need to send me pictures of the men your talking to."
Tweets from Faryal's account hit back at the claims as she branded her husband a "cheater" and "bad role model, always around women and alcohol" .
Anthony made light of the bombshell claims posting a video of Shaggy's 90s hit It Wasn't Me to his Twitter account and sparking an explosion of hilarious memes.
The revised price for the glass-fronted 3,500 square property includes a bungalow opposite his driveway.
Inside the marital mansion is a mosaic of a pair of boxing gloves with the initials "AK" on them and a fully equipped gym.
The additional L-shaped bungalow boasts four bedrooms with three en-suite bathrooms and a spacious conservatory.
Khan's detached house - located in Lostock, three miles outside of his hometown of Bolton, has been lauded online by Rightmove.
A posting on their website read: "The full specification of this exceptional property can only be appreciated by personal inspection whereby viewers will then experience the tremendous statement it makes with an ambience of comfort, health and well being."
As well as being home to a heated swimming pool, the mansion features a steam room, a granite breakfast bar and six bedrooms.
The upstairs of the house includes a huge open plan kitchen and lounge, where the former WBA and IBF champ has his pool table and home cinema set-up.
In the en-suite bathroom of his master bedroom, there is a television screen installed in the walls above the bath tub.
While the second main bedroom in the property has been converted into a nursery for Khan's young daughter.
The bungalow has also been praised by the estate agents, who said: "Fixtures and fittings are of a very high quality and features beautiful tiling to many of the rooms.
"Briefly comprises; Porch, hallway, cloaks w/c, huge lounge, dining room with conservatory off, fabulous fitted kitchen, granite work tops and breakfast bar and associated appliances, utility room."
Khan hasn't fought since his devastating KO loss when challenging Saul Alvarez for the WBC middleweight championship last year.
He has been chasing a fight with Manny Pacquiao.
Posting on Snapchat last night, Khan confirmed the break up with his wife.
He wrote: "Everything you saw on social media it is real.
"Me and Faryal have decided to move on and walk away. Nothing has been hacked.
"We have to move forward it’s not healthy for any of us.
"I wish her all the best in the future.
"Don’t want you guys to worry...What’s done is done, it’s all true."
Faryal has deleted all trace of the row on her Twitter - except two tweets directly to Khan in which she branded him a "cheater".
