ANTHONY JOSHUA got in the mood for his Kubrat Pulev fight with inspiration from NARCOS.
The Brit posted a video to his Instagram account showing his relaxed approach to preparations.
AJ got his feet moving from side to side with the theme music to the hit Netflix series playing in the background.
And AJ had clearly struggled to tear himself away from Colombia-based drama.
He posted the video with the caption: “When I’m supposed to be training for a fight but Narcos is life.”
The heavyweight WBA and IBF world champion certainly appeared to have footwork that would not be out of place in the third series of the show.
The latest releases have moved on from Pablo Escobar and now focus on the dominance of the Cali cartel as the dominant force in the cocaine trade.
And with Cali the world capital of salsa dancing, there is plenty of it on show.

Joshua has also offered to help wannabe boxer Rio Ferdinand go from 'defender to contender'.
But the former England and Manchester United centre-back's decision to lace up the gloves has been slated by AJ's promoter Eddie Hearn, who described it as an "advert for a reality TV show".

Ferdinand, 38, who retired from football in 2015, revealed his new career yesterday — and is backed by bookie Betfair's 'Defender to Contender' project to start fighting at cruiserweight.
He will need to qualify for a British Boxing Board of Control licence before fighting but is already getting into shape with his coach, ex-WBC world supermiddleweight champ Richie Woodhall. And the BT Sport pundit has also been offered somewhere to train by world heavyweight champion AJ.
Ferdinand told the Evening Standard: "I spoke to Anthony the other day when we were on a plane together and he offered to help.
"He told me I can use his gym and come and train with him.
"I have been to watch his fights. He is unbelievable and what an athlete.
"I will definitely be leaning on him for advice and guidance. He's a world champion, a main man.
"Anthony warned me about what I'm taking on. He said, 'Listen, this won't be easy, it won't be a walk in the park. There are going to be gruelling sessions'. But I understand that."
