Antoine Griezmann shows off new hairstyle and social media goes into meltdown over Atletico Madrid star

ANTOINE GRIEZMANN was back at Atletico Madrid training today.

And the superstar striker looked every bit the frontman with his grungy locks.

Griezmann recently went with a blue rinse in a mop – which got a laugh from Barcelona star Neymar.

And there were still shades of Nirvana’s Kurt Cobain as he got back to business at Atletico.

But some social media users were less than convinced.

One Twitter user described it as “pretty horrendous”, while another joked that he “isn’t taking his failed move to Manchester United too well.”

Griezmann is still set for a move to Old Trafford next year despite signing a new five-year deal this summer.

And after Griezmann’s recent rollercoaster ride it has now been revealed he’s decided split with long-term adviser Eric Olhats.

The agent first spotted the Frenchman when he was aged just 14, so the decision will undoubtedly have been a difficult one.

However, Olhats has revealed to L’Equipe the reasons behind the split.

He said: “The recent positioning of Griezmann’s image and future is no longer in harmony with our vision as a partnership.

“I will focus on my role as a Real Sociedad scout.

“I thank [Griezmann] for his confidence in me over the course of various years obviously I wish him the best in the next chapter of his career.”

Griezmann recently offered United fans hope that he could sign next season by admitting he could not offer any guarantees over where he will play the following year.
