ANTONIO BROWN has apologised for his “selfish” and “foolish” Facebook live video in the Pittsburgh Steelers locker room after their win over Kansas City on Sunday.
The star wide receiver went live to the world after an 18-16 victory in the Divisional Playoffs while head coach Mike Tomlin was delivering his post-game speech to the team.
And viewers heard Tomlin call the New England Patriots, Pittsburgh's opponents in the AFC Championship Game on Sunday, "a**holes".
Brown tweeted a statement saying that his "emotions and genuine excitement got the best of me, and I wanted to share that moment with our fans".
The 28-year-old added he said sorry to his coach and team-mates "for letting it become a distraction and something they've had to answer questions about while preparing for a big game on Sunday".

Tomlin described Brown's 17-minute live video as "foolish", "selfish" and "inconsiderate" at his press conference on Tuesday.
"Not only is it a violation of our policy, it's a violation of league policy, both of which he knows," Tomlin added.
"So there are consequences to be dealt with from his perspective. We will punish him. We won't punish us."
Patriots head coach Bill Belichick played down Tomlin's "a**holes" comment when asked on a radio show on Monday.
He told WEEI: "As you know, I’m not on SnapFace and all that, so I don’t really get those. I’m really just worried about getting our team ready to go.
"I’m not really too worried about what they put on InstantChat, or whatever it is.”
