Argentine left-back Nicolas Tagliafico takes out stunning blonde girlfriend during competitive but hilarious kick-about on beach

AN unknown Argentine footballer has become an internet sensation after taking out his stunning girlfriend during an innocent game of beach football.

Nicolas Tagliafico, who plies his trade with Club Atletico Independiente, was filmed enjoying a kick-about with girlfriend Carolina Calvagni.

The young couple were taking in the sun and sand of Cancun, Mexico, when they decided to have an impromptu game of footy.

It all seems to be fairly innocuous until Tagliafico, who won 12 caps for Argentina’s U20s, makes a wild lunge to win the ball.

However, the 23-year-old missed the target and instead kicked his girlfriend’s leg from under her!

The blonde is then seen tumbling to the ground – but not before bringing Tagliafico down with her.

The left-back then jumps up and sprints for the ball, showing he did not intentionally take his better half out of the game.

But Carolina did manage to see the funny side of the battle, saying: “Hahaha, he forgets he’s playing with a woman.”

Internet users have also been quick to comment, with one observing: “Hey Ref, foul!” with another claiming: “Nah she threw herself down on purpose.”
