IT MAY BE London Fashion Week… but the clothing kings could not have predicted that it would be an Arsenal footballer who would steal the show.

Hector Bellerin, a defensive star for the Gunners, has hit the headlines after attending the event wearing women’s pyjamas.

The Spaniard, 22, showed he is not afraid to pull off the extravagant as he donned £645 Gucci shoes, a £259 Christopher Shannon jacket complete with some Zimmermann pyjamas.

Bellerin’s effort at the BFC Show Space certainly attracted attention, not least from former Manchester United and England star Rio Ferdinand.

The 39-year-old took to Twitter to troll Bellerin as he posted a mock-up of the defender strutting his stuff down the catwalk.

He captioned it: “Shout out to @HectorBellerin coming into 2018 like a Real G!”

Ferdy’s effort went down a storm, and it got SunSport’s picture desk thinking.

Curious to know what Bellerin would look like if he embarked on a new-found catwalk career, they quickly set about their work.
