“We’re convinced that he will be of great help to us in the coming years.”

Carlo Ancelotti confirmed in November that he wanted to sign Coman, 20, on his £17.7million option.

But talks reportedly stalled in recent weeks to alert several of Europe’s top clubs and raise the possibility of a return to Juve.

Bayern, however, managed to convince the pacey youngster to remain in the Bundesliga.

In his first season in Germany, Coman won the league title and DFB Pokal while making the Champions League semi-finals.

“Bayern Munich are one of the best teams in the world and I want to play here for many, many years.”
