BRADLEY LOWERY was carried out by Romelu Lukaku onto the pitch at Goodison Park ahead of Everton’s clash against Manchester City.
In emotional scenes, five-year-old Sunderland fan Bradley, who suffers from Neuroblastoma, a rare form of cancer, was guest of honour and mascot at the Premier League tie.
Little Bradley captured the hearts of the nation when he led out the Black Cats against the Toffees at the Stadium of Light earlier this season.
Everton, nicknamed “the People’s Club” donated £200,000 to his cause following the game to widespread acclaim from the football community and beyond.
He was a special guest at the BBC Sports Personality of the Year awards in December as he accompanied an plethora of sport stars on the red carpet.
And around Christmas, he was overwhelmed to receive cards from all over the world following a public appeal.

And he shared the Premier League goal of the month award for December with Manchester United star Henrikh Mkhitaryan for his half-time penalty at the Stadium of Light when his side played Chelsea.
And ahead of today's match, he was treated royally at Goodison Park, meeting players and choosing which player from either side he came out with - picking Belgian striker Lukaku.
Brave Bradley looked delighted when pictured on the pitch before the game, while being held by new Toffees signing Morgan Schneiderlin and when having a kickabout in front of fans.
And fans too got in on the act, City supporters producing a poignant banner reading: "Cancer has no colours".
