Burgess brothers set to develop their own brand off the rugby league field

EXPECT to see more of the Burgess name in future as brothers Sam, Thomas, George and Luke are set to launch their own brand.

The four brothers have conquered opponents on the field on both sides of the world after establishing themselves in Super League and the NRL.

Next on the list is conquering companies on the shelves as Salford star Luke is currently developing a new brand associated with them, believed to be called 4B.

So you could soon see Burgess memorabilia, watch Burgess-themed TV programmes or read Burgess-themed publications.

“We’re trying to develop it at the minute,” said Salford star Luke, who admits he will live in Australia once he finishes playing. “We’re trying to do some exciting stuff.

“I’m the one that’s driving it all then I report back to my brothers, we’re working with a company in Australia who came on board to help us develop it all and get it started.

“There might be a little bit of sportswear but that may just be a small part of it, it’s still being developed at the minute.

“Sam, Thomas and George have put their faith in me. It’s easier rather than having to go through four people if I just lead it and report back to them. If there’s any massive dramas we can fix it up on the run.

“We all had a lot of input into the design and logo but we’ve used a company in Australia to work on it and it will look great.”

“I’d say things will start to appear in the next 12 months, I’m really looking forward to it.”
