SAM Tomkins may see out his career at Catalans Dragons after they tabled a four-year offer to him – but Wigan have 25 days to keep him.
SunSport understands the French side is offering the now former England full-back a deal until 2022, which would take him until he is 33-years-old.

That is, of course, providing they stay up this season, which is looking increasingly doubtful.
However, it is believed Wigan has until the end of this month to take up an option for 2019 that it has in his current deal.
If they say yes, Tomkins stays. If they say no and the Dragons avoid the drop, then he can expect a sun-kissed farewell in Perpignan.
Wigan have as many as 15 players out of contract this season and are set to lose prop Ryan Sutton to the NRL, with Parramatta Eels looking to bring him in mid-season.
John Bateman could move down under if an NRL side comes in for him as he has a clause in his contract which does next run out until the end of next term. SunSport revealed Canberra, Brisbane and Newcastle are all keen.
Oliver Gildart has also talked about playing in the NRL and skipper Sean O’Loughlin is waiting to hear if Wigan will take up an option they have on him for 2019.
