SO here we are, then. The play-off final.
Fifty games in nine months… and now Aston Villa and Fulham will have their seasons decided by 90 minutes at Wembley. I love it. What a day.
They play different styles but both teams are so evenly matched that this will go down to who handles the occasion better.

Players like Mile Jedinak and John Terry, who have been there, done that and got the t-shirt.
The second another player starts having a wobble you just know that John will be there to calm things down.

That’s why I’m backing Villa – they just have the edge with their experience.
Robert Snodgrass is another who has seen it all before. He has a magical left foot and his set-pieces are a threat.
In tight games like this, that could make the difference.
There are one-on-one battles all over the pitch but I’m looking forward to seeing Alan Hutton against Ryan Sessegnon.
Hutton did brilliantly against Adama Traore in the semi-finals and if he can keep Sessegnon quiet then that will give Villa a real head start.
