CHELSEA will reportedly scout Roma star Kostas Manolas on Sunday as Antonio Conte prepares a £30million summer bid.
TMW claims Blues representatives will travel for the weekend Serie A clash between AC Milan and Roma in order to check out the Greek centre-back.
Manolas was linked with a move to Chelsea last summer but eventually opted to stay put in the Italian capital.
However, the Blues are back in the Champions League and are set to clinch their second title in three years, making them a very attractive prospect.
Conte is keen to boost his squad with experienced stars and feels Manolas is just the man to strengthen the three-man defence which has served Chelsea so well this season.
The Blues are hoping for some good feedback when their scouts return to London.
And Manolas is sure to be keen on impressing as he looks to help Roma consolidate their runners-up spot in Serie A.
