LEICESTER City boss Claudio Ranieri has warned his players they will hear his famous ‘dilly dong’ bell if they are still listening to the Champions League anthem on Saturday.

And Ranieri wants his team 100 per cent focused on their return to Premier League action after losing to Liverpool in their last outing.

Ranieri said: “That is the new challenge.

“The problem is if someone is thinking of the Champions League music, then I ring my bell!

“I try to say this to my players. I push this every time.

“And I think also for us it’s the first time in a mental way because Leicester played so many matches in the Championship they are used to play every three matches.

“But that is not the problem. If they think about the music I ring my bell.”

Ranieri wants to get the balance right between domestic and European competition.

He added: “In Italy what happened, the stress is much more.

“When we played in the Europa League we had stress.

“It’s important to maintain a good line and try our best in Europe.”
