THIS is the cringeworthy moment a golfer is “friend-zoned” on live TV after winning £1million.
US rookie Aaron Wise had just made a killing in prize money at the AT&T Byron Nelson tournament in Dallas on Sunday when he swooped in to kiss a woman in celebration.
But embarrassing footage shows the lady RECOIL and instead offer just a hug.
The clip has been shared around social media and has viewers covering their eyes at the humiliation.
It is believed the woman in the video is Wise’s long-term girlfriend Reagan Trussell, who simply did not want to lock lips in front of a watching nation.
Wise, 21, recorded his first victory on the course.

Wise’s mother piled the pressure on him before competing in the prestigious tournament, filling his head with dreams of glory before stepping onto the course.
He revealed: “I kind of made her leave the room.
“She went and did her own thing for a little bit. I was able to kind of stop thinking about it, get back into the zone… it was kind of business for me after that.”
