DANCING STAR is still without a jockey for the 32Red Sprint Cup at Haydock after regular pilot David Probert sustained a broken wrist at Chester on Saturday.
Probert has ridden the Stewards’ Cup winner on seven of her eight career starts but now faces a lengthy spell on the sidelines after he was unshipped from African Blessing.

The Andrew Balding-trained Dancing Star will still be supplemented for the Sprint Cup on September 3, but riding plans remain unclear.
Owner Jeff Smith said: “We haven’t got a jockey yet – I’d rather not speculate on who might be riding – but I’m just desperately sad for David, the poor kid.
“He’s a smashing rider and knows her better than anyone.”
Of Dancing Star, Smith added: “I last spoke to Andrew on Sunday and all is well with her.
“No news is good news, so we hope she can stay fit and well.”
