Darts legends urge fans to show support for famous walk-on models as they’re scrapped from the Masters

DARTS legends sent messages of support to axed walk-on girls Charlotte Wood and Daniella Allfree.

The fan favourites were among models ditched from accompanying stars to the oche on TV in a daft PC move by the Professional Darts Corporation, we revealed on Saturday.

Dart legends are fuming about the ban

Ian “Diamond” White shared a Sun-backed petition to reinstate them. And Chris Mason said he would “open the show in my pants” to protest.

Married mum-of-one Daniella, 30, of Chesterfield, Derbys, said: “It is so humbling the amount of support we have received.

“We’ve also had a lot of women messaging us to say they thought we are such good role models.

“They say they love our glamour and what we bring to the show.”

Charlotte, 29, added: “It is just overwhelming. It shows that the fans really do want us and how this is PC gone mad.

“Now we just hope they will reverse the decision and let us back.”

Over 23,000 darts fans have signed our petition to have walk-on girls return to darts.
