DERECK CHISORA has targeted a rematch with bitter rival Dillian Whyte after signing up for Matchroom Boxing.
‘Del Boy’ suffered a split-decision defeat to fellow heavyweight Whyte when the the two fought on the undercard for Anthony Joshua‘s win over Eric Molina in Manchester last December.
Chisora is now poised for a shot at revenge after signing up for Eddie Hearn.
Hearn welcomed Chisora, saying how his man will fight on September 30 in Liverpool and then challenge for the European title in November.
Matchroom Boxing announced the move by tweeting: “New signing! Dereck Chisora joins the Matchroom team 
He fights in Liverpool next weekend before a shot at the European Heavyweight Title.”
Chisora is set to face European heavyweight champion Agit Kabayel on November 4 in Monaco as he gears up for a rematch with ‘The Body Snatcher’ Whyte.
He told Sky Sports: “I’m looking forward to getting back in the ring after a frustrating period of injury, starting in Liverpool next Saturday.
“Then we are going to win the European title in November, and then I’m going to punish that punk Dillian Whyte and move on to a shot at the world title.”

Hearn added: "I'm pleased to welcome Dereck to the team and look forward to being involved in some big fights with him over the next year.
"You know what you are going to get with 'Del Boy', plenty of drama and a load of heart. He will return to action in Liverpool and challenge for the European title in November.
"We will work towards a Whyte rematch for early next year. It's a fight that I think boxing needs to see again."
