Picking the ball up some 20 yards from goal, the Brazilian maverick shimmied his body from left to right and back again, before toe-poking a pinpoint effort that pinged past Petr Cech in the goal.
The goal shocked the Stamford Bridge crowd, as well as leaving the commentators on the game for TV astounded and in awe.
But John Terry's 75th minute header that night secured a 4-2 home win, and aggregate 5-4 triumph to send the Blues into the last eight.

In conjunction with BT Sports #GoalsRecreated campaign, the Spurs and England talent decided to have a go.
His first two efforts at goal flew over the bar, with the 20-year-old midfielder telling team-mates Kyle Walker, Kevin Wimmer and Harry Winks that he was concentrating too much on the body moves.
But on his third go the ball flies into the net. "I did it in three attempts guys, let's see how many it will take you," he said.
