England mascot does ‘floss dance’ in tunnel… but Jordan Henderson completely blanks him

JORDAN HENDERSON missed England’s mascot doing the ‘floss dance’ at Elland Road.

Henderson‘s midfield colleague Dele Alli has pulled off the move on the pitch and even celebrated his 22nd birthday with it.

It is a craze that took the world by storm last year after a 15-year-old boy – known as Backpack Kid – performed it on stage with Katy Perry.

But Henderson looked straight ahead as the youngster wiggled in the tunnel.

The Three Lions players would have left Elland Road with a spring in their step after a convincing 2-0 win over Costa Rica.

Marcus Rashford produced a stunning first-half display, which he capped with a brilliant 20-yard strike to open the scoring.

After the break, Jordan Henderson forced a fine save out of Navas with a blast from the edge of the box and defender Harry Maguire had a header cleared off the line by Bryan Oviedo.

The win was wrapped up in the 76th minute when substitute Welbeck, for some a surprise choice in England’s World Cup squad, stooped to head in a Dele Alli cross.

England start their World Cup Group G campaign in Russia against Tunisia on June 18, while Costa Rica open against Serbia, a day earlier, in Group E.
