FORMER WWE star Enzo Amore has announced his first public appearance since a rape case was closed against him.
The 31-year-old – real name Eric Arndt – was sacked by the WWE in January after an unnamed woman accused him of sexual assault.
Now Enzo, the self-proclaimed “Certified G and Bona-Fide Stud”, has taken to Instagram to thank fans for their support.
And he has announced his first post-WWE appearance.
The ex-Cruiserweight champion will be meeting supporters in New York City’s Times Square next Monday on Memorial Day at 9pm.
And he vowed to break his silence media silence for one big Insta post live from the world-famous landmark.
Enzo wrote: “I want to engage, interact, and personally than all of you who ever supported me! IT WAS YOU WHO WISHED ME LUCK ON MY FUTURE ENDEAVORS!! BUT I WON’T NEED LUCK…. JUST YOU!!”

He wrote in another post, “THERE IS NO BETTER SUPPORT than the support of the city that I LOVE! I’LL SEE YA SOON!! THANKS FOR THE LOVE… I’ll be reciprocating it soon.”
Before adding: “I’ll be down there TO PERSONALLY THANK YOU …. Times Square 9:00 pm #MemorialDay… #HowYouDoin!? ”

Amore shared a letter from lawyer Tom Cargill on May 16 to confirm the alleged rape charge was now closed.
It read: “The Phoenix Police Department recently informed Mr Arndt and his counsel that there is insufficient evidence in this matter to warrant any criminal charges, that the matter will not be transferred to the County Attorney for prosecution, and that their investigation and case is closed.
“No charges were ever filed. The matter is closed.”
Amore, who has also been linked with a career in music, is now working on making his return.
His lawyer’s statement reads: “Mr Arndt is working diligently toward his next venture in the entertainment industry and looks forward to reconnecting with his fans in a big way in the very near future.”
