Euro 2016: France vs Switzerland predicted by the ‘new Paul The Octopus’ – a soothsaying lizard known as Arang
FRANCE will definitely beat Switzerland tonight – because Arang the soothsaying lizard has predicted they will.
Arang has been causing quite a stir back in his native France with his predictions for each of the hosts’ matches, and, despite reckoning that Les Bleus would draw against Albania (they won 2-0 of course), he did call their opening game against Romania correctly.
But is Arang the new Paul The Octopus? Only time will tell. The late Paul correctly chose the right outcome in four of Germany’s six Euro 2008 games, and then, quite astonishing ALL seven of Germany’s World Cup 2010 results.
Didier Deschamps' men are already through to the knockout stage, but they will guarantee they qualify as leaders with a draw over the Swiss in Villeneuve-d'Ascq.
