A Bola report the 26-year-old Portuguese international will finally get his wish and move England with Everton closing in.

West Ham thought they were close to landing the big holding midfielder last summer.

But the moved collapsed with the Hammers claiming they did not have enough time to make “adequate medical checks” before pushing through with the deal.

Sporting blasted back saying West Ham never submitted a bid for their Euro 2016 winner.
