EVERTON have lined up a close-season move for Colombia international defender Frank Fabra.
The left-back helped Boca Juniors win the Argentine league title last year, and is set to play at the World Cup finals this summer.
Fabra, capped 17 times, is part of an impressive Colombia defence alongside Tottenham centre-back Davinson Sanchez.
And Toffees boss Sam Allardyce is believed to want the 27-year-old in his squad next season.
Fabra’s agent Jose Costanzo is understood to have spoken with Goodison officials during a recent trip to Europe.
Reports in Buenos Aires claim both the Toffees and Napoli have made offers for Fabra, who can also operate as a wing-back.
Everton are believed to have offered around £5million for the Central American ace, who is under contract with Boca until 2019.
Fabra began his career with Colombian sides Envigado, Deportivo Cali and Independiente Medellin before joining the Argentine giants two years ago.
