Singapore Grand Prix 2017: When is F1 race, what TV channel is showing it, and how many laps will there be?


FORMULA ONE heads to Singapore as Lewis Hamilton leads the Drivers’ Championship for the first time this year.

The three-time world champion has a slender three point lead over rival Sebastian Vettel following his victory in Monza.

When is the Singapore Grand Prix?

The Singapore Grand Prix will take place from Friday, September 15 to Sunday, September 17.

First practice takes place at 8.30am (UK time) on Friday, with the second practice at 1.30pm the same day.

Final practice is at 10am on Saturday, with qualifying following at 2pm.

The race then begins at 1pm on Sunday – 8pm local time.

How many laps will drivers race at the Singapore Grand Prix?

The race at the Marina Bay Street Circuit will last 61 laps.

What TV channel is it on?

The Singapore Grand Prix, and all of the practice and qualifying rounds will be shown live on Sky Sports Formula One.
