THE FIFA 17 demo is finally live.

Exasperated fans have been waiting all day for EA to get their servers up and running, but kick-off time is finally here.

The full version of FIFA 17 will be released on September 27, but in the meantime gamers can get to grips with 12 top teams – including three from the Premier League.

These include:

Players will also be able to enjoy three stadiums – Chelsea’s Stamford Bridge, Osaka’s Suita City Football Stadium and Seattle’s CenturyLink Field.

And those tired of standard matches can now opt for ‘Journey’ mode on the demo, putting gamers in the shoes of Alex Hunter as he rises through the ranks at Man United.

Players can also experience FIFA 17’s top man – Cristiano Ronaldo.

The Real Madrid ace has finally overtaken Lionel Messi as the game’s highest-rated footballer, while Adebayo Akinfenwa has been named as the strongest and Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang the quickest.
