Fifa 17: Gareth Bale and Luis Suarez miss out on top three as EA Sports release ratings for every player from 4-10

GARETH BALE and Luis Suarez have missed out on the top three of the best players on Fifa 17.

With the latest raft of rankings including the players from No4-No10, Cristiano Ronaldo, Lionel Messi and Luis Suarez  are yet to be named.

That means the Ballon d’Or  trio will compete to be crowned king of the game with Suarez (92) fourth and Bale (90) sixth behind Manuel Neuer (92).

The rest of the top 10 are all rated at 90, with Zlatan Ibrahimovic, Jerome Boateng, Robert Lewandowski and David De Gea making the cut.

Barcelona and Bayern Munich lead the way with three players among the elite, Real Madrid and Manchester United have two apiece.

Sergio Aguero and Mesut Ozil and Thibaut Courtous all missed out on the top ten after coming from 11th to 13th respectively.

Jose Mourinho’s world record signing Paul Pogba limps in at 18th with a rating of 88.

Marco Reus will be the global cover star of the upcoming game.

The Borussia Dortmund ace won the honour after a fans’ vote, beating Chelsea’s Hazard, Manchester United’s Anthony Martial and Real Madrid’s James Rodriguez.

Makers EA Sports have also announced an overhaul of the set-piece system.

They said: “In FIFA 17 you’ll be in complete control of every dead ball situation.

“The set piece rewrite gives you more creativity, variety and control in the most decisive moments of any match.

“Now you have the freedom to position your player and dictate their approach on dead balls, allowing for a wider variety when taking free kicks and penalties.”
