Geordie Shore star Aaron Chalmers bans himself from having sex with stunning girlfriend Talia Oatway ahead of second MMA fight

GEORDIE SHORE star Aaron Chalmers has banned himself from having SEX with stunning girlfriend Talia Oatway ahead of his second MMA fight.

The reality TV icon and renowned ladies man is pulling out all the stops in his bid to follow up May’s dominant first-round win with another next month.

And as well as punishing gym sessions that have him longing for his bed, no drink and a clean diet, the Geordie has put a two-week ban on exercise in the bedroom.

Former world heavyweight champion David Haye famously used to insist on no sex for six weeks before a blockbuster bout.

And Chalmers, 30, is taking the same approach with Oatway, who The Sun revealed he has been dating since June, ahead of Bamma London.

He told SunSport: “I’m not allowing any sex for two weeks leading up to the right. I told my girlfriend that and she wasn’t too pleased about it all!

“But it’s what you’ve got to do. There are a lot of sacrifices you’ve got to make and this is one of them.”

Chalmers proved the doubters wrong with his first-round demolition via submission of Greg Jenkins last May in what was his first professional MMA fight.

The Ex on the Beach star was booed by some at Bamma 29 when his name was announced and purists claimed his spot on the night was a PR stunt.

But a return at the The SSE Arena, Wembley on September 15 against fellow Englishman Alex Thompson gives him the chance to put the doubters in their place once and for all following his devastating first showing.

On top of that, beefing up his Birmingham training camp from five weeks to eight weeks means there will be no excuses on his part - even if his mum couldn't bear to watch his fists rain down on his opponent's skull last time round.

Chalmers said: "Once I'm in the octagon - he's in there to hurt me and I'm in there to hurt him.

"Outside the octagon I'm not an aggressive person at all. I'm quite laid back.

"But this is the fight game and we're both in there to hurt each other and to win.

"Looking back maybe I was a bit vicious. I think my mam was a bit shocked!

"She was supposed to be watching but I don't think she saw any of the fight.

"It's the fight game and you're going to get hurt but fortunately for me I was the one on top.

"My mum's really excited now she knows what to expect."

It took Chalmers just two minutes and nine seconds to force Jenkins into tapping out at Birmingham's Genting Arena earlier this year.

Yet he is convinced he is far from the next Conor McGregor and insists each new step to the top is only going to be harder - especially after the rigours of a brutal training regime.

He said: "I don't think I could have asked for my first fight to go any better.

"But it's only going to get harder. Every opponent is going to be a harder fight.

"I'm doing a lot more wrestling, a lot more jiu-jitsu and just being a lot more well-rounded, training twice a day, six days a week. I feel a lot more confident and fitter for this fight.

"After the last one - after the two minutes was over - I was f***ing knackered.

"I'm going to be a lot fitter, a lot more confident, but a lot more relaxed as well.

"Every morning I'm stiff, bruised. On Thursday I had my shoulder massaged out because I had a knot and Friday morning it felt like I had been hit by a bat.

"If I lie in bed and miss a session it plays on my mind because I think that's one session I could have got even just one little thing out of.

"As long as I’m in the gym and fit, I’m happy."
