George Groves vs Chris Eubank Jr viewers blast ITV after ‘buying fight which does not appear on TV’

BOXING fans fume on Twitter as they fail to be able to watch the George Groves vs Chris Eubank Jr undercard despite purchasing the fight on ITV Box Office.

Viewers are being charged £16.95 to watch the World Boxing Super Series event in which the two super-middleweights are headlining the bill at the Manchester Arena.

But those waiting to watch the world title showdown will be sweating over whether they will actually be able to watch it, after they have been left with just a blue screen on their TV.

The two boxers are scheduled to walk out at 10pm, almost immediately after the Ryan Walsh vs Isaac Lowe showdown.

Some fight fans can even watch the fight for free, adding insult to injury for those that have forked out cash.

One person messaged ITV Box Office, saying: “Absolutely abysmal service I’m afraid. As far as I can tell I’ve paid three times and still nothing.”
