MANUEL NEUER has pulled out of Germany’s clash with England due to an ongoing calf problem.
The Bayern Munich stopper will stay with his club for treatment despite managing a full 90 minutes at the weekend.

Speaking about the challenges facing the evolving England squad, Rashford said: “When we were knocked out by Iceland at the Euros, it was a massive disappointment.
“We were all sitting around in the dressing room after the match, not sure what to think.
