HUGHIE FURY’S angry promoter is threatening to sue the WBO.
And Mick Hennessy claimed his fighter’s world heavyweight title defeat by Joseph Parker was “corruption at the highest level in boxing.”
Hennessy launched a foul-mouthed rant at the judges after Saturday’s controversial majority points loss at the Manchester Arena.
He branded the decision “bull***t,” insisted there were “dark forces at work” against Fury, 23, and will now fight in the courts to get the decision overturned.
Two judges scored it 118-110 in favour of New Zealand’s defending champ, while the third had it a 114-114 draw.
And Hennessy stormed: “What the f*** is going on?
“There is something going on, something behind bull***t decisions like these.
“I want to get the result overturned and get our lawyers behind it. That result is corruption at the highest level in boxing.

“I know corruption is a strong word but there are dark forces at work in this game.
“We will put in an appeal and protest this as strongly as we can. A rematch has to be a worst-case scenario.”
Judge Terry O’Connor, who was due to referee the fight before Parker’s camp complained he was “too close” to the Furys, gave the fight to the Kiwi, as did John Madfis.
American Rocky Young scored it a draw.
And Hennessy slammed O’Connor, adding: “Terry has buckled under the pressure, he really has.
“Hughie wiped the floor with Parker. I gave him only two rounds.

“I thought it was a masterclass for Hughie, the footwork, how he glided around the ring, landing jabs at will.
“It was shades of Muhammad Ali. Why can’t that be appreciated?
“Do they score hitting fresh air and hitting elbows and arms?”
Fury had not fought in 17 months due to the effects of a debilitating skin condition, but was hoping to become the second family member to win a world title following elder cousin Tyson’s famous 2015 win over Wladimir Klitschko.
He certainly exposed the one-dimensional Parker but many at ringside thought the Kiwi had won. The British Boxing Board of Control are still withholding Tyson’s licence following a failed drugs test over two years ago.
Fury’s father and trainer Peter added: “Politics in boxing has got in the way again. I feel Hughie has had a very bad decision.
“The judges are under world pressure. Parker has come over here and everybody is thinking he’s going to get a raw deal. I think it’s affected the judges, I honestly do.
“My son is sitting there and he should be crowned the world champion. And he’s not, all because of political influence.”
Despite Hennessy’s outspoken rant, the BBBC will take no action.
Chief Robert Smith said: “Terry O’Connor is an experienced world-class official and scored the bout as he saw it.
“With regard to his other comments, they are totally unjustified and unwarranted.”
