UK WRESTLING is set for a unique spectacular – and has been challenged to a stunning international battle by American promotion IMPACT.
Worldwide stars such as Austin Aries, Eli Drake, Moose and Allie are heading to Manchester for the company’s first show on these shores for almost three years.
And the IMPACT roster is ready to take on the best of Britain after issuing an open challenge to any UK promotion to face them in an inter-promotional series at Wrestling MediaCon 2018 on Sunday 9 September.
Tickets for “IMPACT Wrestling vs The UK” are expected to be snapped-up quickly for what promises to be a blockbuster clash in the BEC Arena when they go on sale tomorrow.
And UK independent promotions brave enough or keen to show their British brawn are invited to contact info@wrestlingmediacon.com to accept the continental challenge.
IMPACT, which airs in over 100 countries across the planet, president Ed Nordholm said: “Since we last came to the UK almost three years ago, we have seen how much the UK wrestling scene has evolved.
“We are excited to return to the UK to demonstrate that IMPACT Wrestling has the best talent anywhere in the world, so we’re issuing an open challenge to any UK promotion to bring their best wrestlers to face the very best from IMPACT Wrestling on September 9 in Manchester.”
And Wrestling MediaCon are determined to find some worthy foes to take on the visitors from across the pond.
