IRELAND kept their Grand Slam charge alive as they took care of fired-up Scotland in Dublin.
Jacob Stockdale scored a first-half double after taking advantage of an interception and space out wide to make it 10 tries in eight games.
Ireland took a commanding lead into the break and added another after the restart as Conor Murray sniped at the fringes and dragged himself over the line.
Scotland wasted two brilliant opportunities before managing their first try as Blair Kinghorn marked his first start with a brilliant finish.
But Ireland never looked in danger of losing and wrapped up a bonus-point win when their forwards allowed Sean Cronin to drive over for a crucial fourth try.
Victory means only a bonus-point win for England in France can deny the Irish the title.
Man of the match Rob Kearney said:”A lot of hard work went in to get us to this point, and it’s a really good win against a tough, tough Scotland team.
“After today I think everyone has a smile on their face.

“We started really well, and had a few chances in their 22, just didn’t take them.
“But Jacob Stockdale got another two tries, and we got over for the bonus point in the end, so now we look ahead to Twickenham.”
