JACK WILSHERE has admitted he joined Bournemouth on loan for a challenge after making his debut against West Brom.
Wilshere, 24, came on as a 63-minute substitute to make his debut after joining the South coast club on loan from Arsenal on deadline day.

He, after the game, told Sky Sports: “The big reason why I came here is the manager’s philosophy.
“He [Eddie Howe] likes to play the ball, keep the ball and that’s what I like too. He is a great coach and the boys are too.
“I’ve been working here now for 10 days and it’s hard. But what I need is a challenge.”

Striker Callum Wilson, 24, sunk West Brom with a 79-minute winner, scoring his first goal for Bournemouth in almost one year.
