JAMIE VARDY has dropped a cheeky hint he may be interested in a move to Chelsea.
Leicester star Vardy has been a target for the Blues in the past ever since firing the club to the Premier League title.
And with Chelsea appearing to be desperate to bring in a new striker during the transfer window the club have been linked with several players.
Now Vardy has added fuel to speculation he could be one of the forwards the London club are looking at with a mischievous action on social media.
The 31-year-old was responding to messages from his fans on Instagram when he ‘liked’ a message asking him to move to Chelsea.
A move to Chelsea would see him link up with two former Leicester team-mates who helped win the title two years ago in Danny Drinkwater and N’Golo Kante.
But whether that is any indication he is about to swap the King Power Stadium for Stamford Bridge remains open to question.
Earlier this month Chelsea boss Antonio Conte was asked what he thought of Vardy, and he admitted he was a player he rated but was unlikely to sign.

But since then Conte has admitted he is not always aware of the transfer business the club is planning.
And with attackers in short supply in the squad, the club have recently been linked with a string of forwards this month.

West Ham star Andy Carroll was their first target, with contact being made over a £20million deal for the forward.
But Carroll has now suffered an ankle injury that will keep him out for a month, ending Chelsea’s interest in the England star.
The club also showed interest in Tottenham’s Fernando Llorente, but found their London rivals unwilling to do business this month.
With options appearing in short supply, they have even asked Stoke about the availability of veteran forward Peter Crouch.
And they have also contacted Roma to see if they would be willing to sell former Manchester City striker Edin Dzeko.
