JOSE MOURINHO has delivered a thinly-veiled dig at his Chelsea successor.
The outspoken Manchester United manager loves delivering thinly-veiled messages in press conferences and looks to have singled out Antonio Conte as his latest target.
In view of Chelsea’s remarkable rise to rise to the top of the Premier League – when Mourinho was sacked in December 2015 the Blues were 16th in the table – the Portuguese insisted:

“My team is playing very well but for many, many years in my career, especially in this country, when my teams were ruthless and phenomenal defensively, and very good in the counter attack, I listened week after week that it was not enough in spite of winning the title three times.
“It looks like this season to be phenomenal defensively and good in counter attack is art, so it was a big change in England.”
