Crolla fought on with the cut, dabbing away at his eye to stem the blood flow throughout the bout

Crolla’s corner worked hard to stem the flow of blood in the fight, doing their best to stop it impairing their man’s vision.

It is feared the cut could take a long time to heal, which could see him out of the ring for a while.

His win sets up a potential showdown with Brit rival Luke Campbell for a world title.
