But in the build-up to the bout, viewers were left struggling to buy the £19.95 event on Sky Sports Box Office channel.

And when purchased, online viewers blasted the quality of the stream, which had numerous issues and kept cutting out.

One said: “It’s not working, what a shocker! Every 3-4 minutes I keep getting signed out, there are problems with this service every PPV event.

“Why don’t you just add Sky Box office onto Sky Go and save us the trouble of using a poor service?”

Another added: “I keep having the same issue as well, keep being told my account is logged in on another device despite the fact I know it isn’t.”

One fumed: “I’m having the same problem, except it says we don’t have.

“Subscription when we clearly have. Over £40 is now showing as pending on our bank statements and can’t even get on any boxing!”
