Katie Taylor outclasses Milena Koleva to achieve comprehensive 80-72 points victory in first eight-round fight
KATIE TAYLOR has won her fight against Bulgaria’s Milena Koleva.
The Bray boxer was victorious in her fourth fight in four months with a comprehensive points victory, winning every round.

In her first eight-round fight, Taylor had to wait until the seventh to knock down the stubborn Bulgarian.

The London 2012 Olympic gold medalist entertained the crowd with a barrage of shots throughout the fight, but Koleva just about held out to avoid the KO.
Speaking after the fight, Taylor was pleased with her performance and with the step up in quality of opponent.
