LEGIA WARSAW fans are causing havoc in Madrid by clashing with police in the Spanish capital.
Around 3,500 fans from the Polish side made the trip to Spain to watch their side in Champions League action against Real Madrid on Tuesday.

And video footage of what were claimed to be Legia Warsaw supporters shows groups of thugs fighting with police ahead of kick-off.

In one clip three policemen are on the floor with one looking particularly injured as he attempts to crawl away from the violence.
As his colleagues aim to help him, one fan is seen swinging punches and kicking the other coppers before retreating.
In a different clip, swarms of hooligans are in a stand-off with officers before police horses arrive on the same and drive the fans away.
Items can be seen being launched from the thugs at the direction of police.

According to AS, three suspected Legia Warsaw fans were arrested at a bar after they tried to steal a waitresses mobile phone and the cash register.
UEFA have already sanctioned the club after violence broke out in their Champions League clash against Borussia Dortmund.
Fans tried to break into the away section of the ground and appeared to attack stewards with pepper spray who tried to stop them.
As a punishment, their next Champions League clash at home will be played behind closed doors whilst they also received a £71,000 fine.
