Lewis Hamilton shows off new braided hairstyle ahead of Hungarian Grand Prix
LEWIS HAMILTON appears to have a new lease of life in Formula One and he has now matched that with a change of hairstyles.
The three-time world champion has gone from having relatively short curly hair to sporting braids as he gears up for the Hungarian Grand Prix.
Hamilton showed fans his new cut on Instagram while in a restaurant in the Hollywood Hills.
The 32-year-old’s comfortable victory at Silverstone has meant he has cut down the gap between himself and Sebastian Vettel in the drivers’ championship to just ONE point.
But despite his strong form, the Brit is instead making the headlines for other reasons as he threatens to quit F1.
His success at the British Grand Prix came after he controversially chose to skip a promo event in London to go on holiday to Greece.
But the Brit was adamant that he knows how to prepare for races and he’ll continue in the same way.
Hamilton said: “There’s no need to question my preparations.

“My performances are second to none. If you don’t know my preparations are on point by now you never will.
“Next week l will be training hard and I’ll be in the UK for at least two days at the factory.
“I think I’m very fortunate as I know what is right for me and right to get myself ready. I would not have my poles or my wins.
“I train myself and know what I needed to do to get myself ready. I’m really happy as with all that negativity that came into the weekend to be able to perform the way I have.”
